Gender As A Moderator Variable In Predicting Success In A Master Of Arts In Teaching Program

Performed a hierarchical regression analysis using scores on the general section of the GRE and undergraduate GPA to predict the graduate GPAs of 23 male and 80 female Master of Arts in Teaching students. A significant main effect was found for the set of academic predictors, but no significant interaction was found between gender and the academic predictors.
