Mad Hat is a retail establishment located in Tacoma that offers up over 250 Teas, Botanicals and Herbal Remedies; selling whole leaf in their own distinctive and artistic packaging and, of course, in bulk. In the video, the importance of marketing on several platforms (i.e. a physical establishment and online retailing), participating in community outreach, and valuing each and every customer are outlined.
