Abstract
Palladium copper hydrides have been fabricated by coevaporating palladium with copper and subsequently implanting hydrogen ions. The change in high temperature resistivity as a function of temperature upon implantation is measured and correlated to the electron-phonon coupling parameter ?. This Correlation is in good agreement with the observation of high superconducting temperatures in Pd1?xCuxHy.
