Abstract
A conference paper regarding citizenship with content, which offers full understanding of the emergence of citizenship from cultural and historical contexts, is presented. It discusses the importance to consider citizenship with content to identify civic participation of individual base on history, contingency, and experience. Meanwhile, it explore the role of two-sided debating for successful citizenship that highlights moral, democracy, and liberal humanist.
