Abstract
This presentation examines the dramatic changes that took place at two Tacoma Public High School Achiever Grant award winners. The numbers and demographics of students who took college preparatory courses and continued on to college along with the shift in policy that occurred and the addition of support systems that helped foster this change is explained.
